For humanity to avoid a bleak and tragic future, we have to act now to create a future that preserves life as we know it.  Rev. He will also lead a breakout session on how we as individuals and faith communities can get engaged in the environmental movement and take a leadership role. Following the keynote, brief messages of hope will be offered by religious leaders of our faith traditions.  Concluding the event will be breakout sessions that besides Fr. Harper include; Charlie Stocker, “The Garden Guy”, offering gardening tips; Tom Bogenschutz on planting wildflower sanctuaries, and members of Southern Indiana Renewable Energy Network (SIREN) speaking on solar installation in the home and church. The event begins at 9 am and lasts to noon with registration beginning at 8:30.

It is open to the public there is no cost, but a free will offering is gladly accepted.
