Studies show we need to spend more time in nature, but not many of us think we have time to walk in the woods!

Sara Koehler, former theology teacher at Cathedral High School, will use the books Blue Mind and Care for Creation, a Franciscan Spirituality of the Earth, to explore our body’s response to the natural world, and the beautiful Franciscan spirituality that inspires us to treat nature as God’s great gift to us.
