Kokomo Creation Care Monthly Meeting

On Thursday, June 13th,  Kokomo Area Creation Care will have Kevin D. Austin talk about the importance of using geothermal energy and the geothermal projects he has been part of in Indiana.  He joined the OrtmanDrilling/Triton Geothermal Team in 2009 to manage the nation’s largest geothermal drilling project at Ball State University in Muncie, IN.  The Ball State-North Field Geothermal Project consisted of 1830 geothermal boreholes. He successfully managed 6 drilling companies with 14 geothermal drill rigs from three different states to complete phase 1 of a 12 year, $75 million project. Since joining the Ortman Drilling Team, Kevin has sucessfully completed over 80 residential and commercial geothermal projects.

The meeting will be held at Christ Lutheran Church located at 3401 S. Dixon Road at 7pm.  Light refreshments and fellowship may be enjoyed at 6:45 pm.
