On Thursday, March 12th Kokomo Area Creation Care , an affiliate of H-IPL wiill host Todd K Bassler from the Indiana Passenger Rail Alliance who speak about the work of the Alliance. The meeting will begin at 7pm at Christ Lutheran Church located at 3401 S. Dixon Rd in Kokomo. All are welcome to come to the meeting. Light refreshments and fellowship is provided at 6:45 p.m.
